From Flat to Formed

Witness the transformation as a 2D pattern is precisely folded into a 3D structure.

1. Laser Cutting

A high-powered laser precisely cuts the 2D geometry from a flat metal sheet.

2. First Bend

The front panel is bent upwards to form the initial right angle.

3. Side Bends

Both side panels are folded to begin forming the enclosure.

4. Final Structure

The top flap is bent, completing the rigid, three-dimensional chassis.
